About POLYPHENO srl
Chi siamo
La nostra società nasce nel 2018 per iniziativa di alcuni docenti e ricercatori dell'Università di Bari "Aldo Moro". L'idea di base parte dall'interesse comune verso la nutraceutica, la branca scientifica che studia la attività farmacologica di alcuni componenti della nostra alimentazione. Successivamente, abbiamo iniziato a indirizzare le ricerche sul ruolo del microbiota umano nell'utilizzo dei nutraceutici e sul loro ruolo nella salute umana, valutando anche nuovi probiotici.
Il progetto ha successivamente visto il coinvolgimento di altri soggetti impegnati nella ricerca e in attività cliniche, così come di due società impegnate nel settore della ricerca sanitaria: Tecnologica srl (società biotech con sede a Crotone) e .ITFarm (società farmaceutica con sede in provincia di Bari).
La società ha per oggetto le seguenti attività:
1. Consulenza per finalità di industrializzazione di materiali e prodotti innovativi in campo sanitario attraverso lo sviluppo di attività per l’ottenimento di materie prime in ambito nutraceutico;
2. Consulenza per lo sviluppo di studi di farmacoeconomia;
3. Consulenza per sviluppo di studi sui rapporti tra ambiente, nutrizione e salute;
4. Fund raising ad impatto sociale;
5. Ulteriori attività, non ricompresse tra le precedenti e non oggetto di attività istituzionali dell’Università degli Studi di Bari “A. Moro”, volte al raggiungimento di obiettivi di supporto alla industrializzazione di idee, processi e materiali.

Fundraising and Social fundraising
This is one of our value added services available. With this service, we look for possible sponsorships to arise our activity in the field of the human microbiota, as well as to help people with a support for their studies and life expectancy.
The funds obtained for researches in the microbiota field will be managed directly by the CEO in cooperation with the University of Bari where he serves as Profesor of Microbiology and Clinical microbiology.
Funds for social improvements will be fully used under the control of the Executive Board of PolyPheno srl to promote scientific studies, from high school to PhD worldwide, and to ameliorate life conditions and expectancy in developing countries.
